The 1944 UK florin reverse shows a crowned rose in the center representing England, a thistle bud to the left, representing Scotland, and a shamrock leaf to the right representing Ireland. The Florin coin is also known as two Shillings coin and is equal one tenth of a Pound, or twenty-four old Pence, it was also sometimes known as a "two bob bit".
