Snatch Group Claims to have hacked military provider Hensoldt France, which specializes in military and defence electronics.
The Snatch ransomware group added Hensoldt France to the list of victims published on their Tor leak site. They also published a sample of the stolen information as proof of the hack.
The Snatch ransomware was first noticed at the end of 2019 by Sophos researchers discovered a piece of the Snatch ransomware which reboots computer it infects in to safe mode to bypass security.
This is not the first time Hensoldt has fallen victim to ransomware. In January 2022 Hensoldt confirmed that some of its UK subsidiary systems were infected with Lorenz ransomware.
